Michael Knox
President, Chief Architect
After receiving an accounting degree and spending several years working as an accounting, Michael finally gave into his true calling and began developing software for a living.  With his accounting background, most of this software was developed within the financial sector, with several years working in residential and commercial mortgage organizations.  In 2000, he started his consulting career and has never looked back.  His list of clients reads like a who's who of corporate America; Bank of New York, CountryWide Home Loans, Burlington-Northern/Santa Fe Railroad, Transamerica Real Estate and Prudential, just to name a few.

In his spare time, Michael spends time with his wife, Nancy, and their two cats and four goldfish.  He tries to ride his bike whenever possible and constantly threatens to train for a duathlon.

Rajan Subramanian
Lead Developer
Rajan spent much of his youth in southern California, where he he showed an early interest in computers.  His college career took him to the east coast and after graduation he spent several years working for a small media company in upstate New York.  A business trip took him to Dallas and shortly thereafter he joined DataRunner.

In his spare time, Rajan does what many programmers do, he programs, much to the chagrin of his new family.

Robert Kohlmann
Developer, User Interfaces
Robert, that's Bob to his friends, was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas.  A programmer since a young age, Bob moved to Dallas to attend college and graduated with honors and year ahead of schedule.  After graduation, Bob joined DataRunner.

Bob's hobbies include beating James (see below) at whatever is the latest video game.

James Weinberger
Developer, Database
James grew up in Miami, Florida and by the age of twelve had started his own company selling computers.  Two years later he started programming and selling software.  He graduated from high school a year early and entered college, where he completed his Computer Science degree in three years.  He began a consulting career immediately out of college, specializing mostly in database work.  A chance meeting with DataRunner's founder brought him to Dallas and shortly thereafter he joined the company.

James enjoys losing to Bob in the latest video game.  In his spare time, he actually rides his bike and unlike some people, has actually competed in a triathlon.

Carolyn Holt
Quality Assurance/Support
Carolyn has spent almost her entire career working as a project manager and managing support teams.  While working with several of the DataRunner team members, Carolyn decided to join the company.  She is the voice on the other end of the phone and the name on the other end of the email client.

In her spare time, Carolyn enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her two small children, Natalie and Johnathan and her husband, Rick.
